Demo LP Vault (Liquidity Vault Preview)
The Demo LP Vault at /demo/vaults is a risk-free, play-money preview of how BEXC's future real liquidity-provider (LP) vaults will work. It lets you explore the mechanics — without any real funds involved.
How it works
A real LP vault acts as the counterparty to BEXC's perpetual trading engine, earning a share of trading fees and funding payments in exchange for absorbing trading risk. The demo version shows the same mechanics using a paper (simulated) Net Asset Value, or NAV — the value of one unit of the pool.
The real-money LP vault is not live yet. This page is strictly a preview/educational tool using virtual demo credit — it does not represent real funds, and nothing here can be withdrawn as real money.
On /demo/vaults you'll find:
- Two vault cards: Hedge Vault (lower, more stable directional risk) and Risk Vault (higher volatility, higher potential swings — both directions).
- A NAV figure, return percentage, max drawdown, and participant count for each vault.
- A Replay tool showing "if I had deposited $X, it would be worth $Y today" based on historical paper NAV.
- A Risk panel with clearly labeled *simulated* stress scenarios (volatility spikes, cascades, gaps) showing how the vault would theoretically absorb a shock.
Steps
- Go to
/demo/vaultsand review the Hedge and Risk vault cards. - Use Replay to see a historical "what if" curve for a hypothetical deposit amount.
- Check the Risk panel to see simulated stress-test scenarios for each vault.
- If you want to try it hands-on, use your demo credit to deposit into a vault, then withdraw later — this is entirely virtual and only affects your demo balance.
Common questions
Is the Demo LP Vault real money? No. It's a fully simulated (play-money) preview. The NAV and returns shown are not real funds, and the real LP vault is not open yet.
What is NAV? Net Asset Value — the value of one unit of the pool. If NAV moves from 1.00 to 1.05, the pool has gained 5% on paper (in this demo).
What's the difference between the Hedge and Risk vaults? Hedge Vault takes a lower directional risk profile (more stable, generally lower swings); Risk Vault takes a higher directional risk profile (more volatile, with potentially larger gains or losses). Both are demo/paper only.
Can I provide real liquidity today? Not yet. When the real-money LP vault launches, it will be announced — for now only this demo preview is available.
Past paper performance does not predict future results, and this is not financial advice — always do your own research (DYOR). The real LP vault, once live, will carry actual capital risk.
