Step 2 — Understand the Interface
The trading page has several key sections:
- Chart — Price history and technical analysis tools
- Order Book — Live buy and sell orders from other traders
- Order Form — Where you place your orders
- Trade History — Recent completed trades
Step 3 — Place a Market Order (Easiest)
A market order buys or sells at the current best available price.
- In the order form, select the Buy or Sell tab.
- Choose Market as the order type.
- Enter the amount you want to buy or sell.
- Review the estimated total.
- Click Buy or Sell to execute.
Market orders execute instantly but the exact price may vary slightly due to slippage.
Step 4 — Place a Limit Order (Recommended)
A limit order lets you set your own price.
- Select Limit as the order type.
- Enter your desired price.
- Enter the amount.
- Click Buy or Sell.
Your order will remain in the order book until the market reaches your price or you cancel it.
Tips for Beginners
- Start with small amounts until you are comfortable.
- Use limit orders to control the price you pay.
- Check the fee preview before confirming your order.
- Enable price alerts to monitor the market.
