Internal Transfer (Off-Chain, User-to-One)
When you withdraw crypto to an address that happens to belong to another registered BEXC user, BEXC automatically detects this and settles the transfer instantly inside the platform instead of broadcasting it to the blockchain. No network confirmation wait, no on-chain transaction fee.
How it works
You don't choose this — it's automatic. Every withdrawal request is checked against BEXC's registered deposit addresses:
- If the destination matches a registered BEXC user's deposit address on that chain, the transfer is settled instantly, off-chain. The sender's balance debits, the recipient's balance credits immediately, and both sides get a real-time notification.
- If the destination doesn't match a BEXC user, the withdrawal proceeds as a normal on-chain transaction (signing, broadcast, and blockchain confirmation, same as usual).
Because there's no blockchain step, an internal transfer won't produce a transaction hash you can look up on a block explorer — that's expected, not an error.
Steps
- Go to Funds → Withdraw.
- Choose the currency and enter the amount.
- Enter the recipient's address — if it's another BEXC user's deposit address, no special action is needed; BEXC detects this automatically.
- Confirm with your fund password and 2FA, same as any withdrawal.
- If internal, the transfer completes instantly and shows as Completed right away in your withdrawal history.
Requirements
- Sender must have completed at least KYC Level 1 (no extra requirement on the recipient).
- Sufficient balance and normal daily withdrawal limits apply (same limits as on-chain withdrawals).
- Fund password and 2FA are required — security steps are not skipped for internal transfers.
- For chains that use a memo/tag (e.g. XRP, XLM, TON), the tag must also match the recipient's registered address, or the transfer is treated as external and sent on-chain.
- No fee is currently charged for internal transfers; standard network withdrawal fees do not apply.
Common questions
I sent crypto to another BEXC user — why doesn't it show on a blockchain explorer? That's expected. If the destination is a registered BEXC deposit address, the transfer settles inside BEXC's systems and never touches the blockchain, so no transaction hash is generated.
How long does an internal transfer take? Instantly — typically visible in the recipient's balance within seconds, with no confirmation wait.
Is there a fee? No, internal transfers are currently fee-free.
How do I know if my withdrawal was internal or external? Check /funds/history. Internal transfers show as Completed immediately, without waiting on blockchain confirmations.
What if the recipient isn't a BEXC user? Nothing changes for you — the system automatically sends it as a normal on-chain withdrawal instead.
You cannot force a transfer to go on-chain to another BEXC user's deposit address — the system always routes internal transfers off-chain automatically.
