Leagues are trading competitions on the Byte Traders League practice perps. Every member gets the same play-money starting stack, trades it on the live engine, and the board ranks what each player made with it. Open Trade → Leagues (bexc.io/leagues) to join one; approved copy-trading leaders can host their own.
How a league works
- Each league runs between a start and an end date, set by its host (24 hours to 60 days).
- Every member trades a league-only play-money account with the same starting stack, on the same rules as Byte Traders League.
- The live board ranks members by profit on that stack. At the end, final standings are frozen.
- Your league account is separate from your other balances; league trades never touch your real funds.
Join a league
- Sign in and open Leagues. Community leagues are listed with their dates and number of traders; sort by Most traders or Ending soon.
- Open a league to see its rules, prize split and board.
- Tap Join and confirm. You will see You joined … — good luck!
- Trade your league account until the league ends.
Free leagues ask for no entry fee and no identity verification.
Who qualifies for a prize place
At the end, a member counts as a qualified finisher when all three are true:
- They finished with a profit on their league stack.
- They made at least the minimum number of trades the host set.
- No single position made more than half of their total profit.
Prize places follow the host's split: ranked places (for example 50% / 30% / 20%) or an equal split among the top players.
Host your own league
- Become an approved copy-trading leader first (Copy trading). The create page shows Apply to become a leader until you are approved.
- On Build your branded league, add a name, an optional logo and description, the tier, start and end dates, the minimum number of players and the prize split.
- Submit. Your league is sent for admin review before it opens. A free league that has not been reviewed within about an hour opens automatically.
Paid entry (opening soon)
Leagues with an entry fee open soon. Until then, every new league is created as a free league. When paid entry opens, the terms will be:
- Entry fee in USDT or BEXC, set by the host.
- The prize pool is the sum of entry fees. The exchange keeps 5% of a USDT pool and nothing from a BEXC pool; the host may keep up to 20%.
- Entries are refunded in full if too few players join by the start, if the league is rejected or cancelled, or if nobody qualifies.
- Joining a paid league requires identity verification.
League trading is play money and simulated, and it is not financial advice.
FAQ
Do I need KYC to join a league?
Free leagues need no identity verification — just a signed-in account. Paid leagues, once they open, will require identity verification.
Does a league use my real balance?
No. Each league gives you a separate play-money account with the same starting stack as everyone else. Your real balances stay untouched.
How are winners decided?
By profit on the league stack at the end date. To qualify you need a profit, at least the host's minimum number of trades, and no single position making more than half your profit.
Who can host a league?
Approved copy-trading leaders. Apply to become a leader first, then create your league; it opens after admin review.
