Demo Futures: Practice Perpetual Trading Risk-Free
Demo Futures is BEXC's paper-trading practice arena at /demo. It runs on the exact same engine as real perpetual futures — the same prices, order types, and liquidation logic — but every dollar involved is virtual. It's the safest way to learn leveraged trading or test a strategy before risking real money.
How it works
Demo Futures uses a separate, fully isolated "play money" balance (not your real wallet). You claim a one-time $10,000 demo credit from the faucet, then open long or short positions on demo perpetual markets like BTC and ETH using up to 100x leverage. Prices are fed from the same real, external market consensus used for actual trading, so the experience is fair and realistic. Profits and losses here are 100% virtual and can never touch your real balance, wallet, or ledger — this separation is enforced at the system level.
A leaderboard ranks players by a fair score (not just raw profit — trade count and consistency matter too) across ongoing seasons, so you can compete with other traders. Demo leaderboard scores are never converted into airdrop points or any real value — they exist purely for competition and fun. Season-end reward programs (small USDT prizes or fee discounts) may occasionally run, but are not always active; when one is live, a banner appears on the leaderboard page with the details.
Steps
- Go to
/demo(browsing is public; you'll need to log in to trade — no KYC required for demo). - Accept the one-time risk disclosure the first time you visit.
- Claim your $10,000 demo balance from the faucet.
- Pick a demo market (e.g., BTC or ETH perp), enter quantity and leverage, and open a Long or Short position.
- Optionally place Limit, Stop-Loss, Take-Profit, or OCO orders, add/reduce margin, or partially close a position.
- Review closed trades under History and track your stats (equity curve, win rate, drawdown) under Performance.
Common questions
Is the demo balance real money? No. It's entirely virtual (a separate demo currency) and structurally cannot affect your real wallet, balance, or ledger.
