Node Staking

Node Staking lets you lock BEXC tokens into a "node" tier and earn a share of a monthly BEXC reward pool. It's a separate system from BEXC's regular staking product — think of it as owning a stake in the network's economic infrastructure rather than a fixed-rate savings product.

How it works

There are four node tiers, each with its own lock range:

There's also a global minimum of 500 BEXC for topping up an existing node.

Rewards are not a fixed APY. Each month, a reward pool is split among all active nodes based on your lock amount (with a bonus for account age, and an extra bonus curve for the VIP/Master tier). If more users stake nodes, the pool is shared more ways and each node's share can shrink — rewards depend on your proportional share of the pool, so they vary and are not guaranteed.

Steps

1. Go to /nodes and choose Stake from Wallet (funds your BEXC balance) or, from /claim, choose Stake to Node to send a vesting period directly into a node instead of claiming it to your wallet.
2. Pick a tier and a node slot (you can run more than one node per tier).
3. Enter an amount within the tier's min/max range and confirm with 2FA + fund password.
4. Your BEXC is locked and the node becomes active — rewards start accruing based on your share of the monthly pool.
5. At the start of each month, go to /nodes and click Claim Rewards to move accrued BEXC to your wallet. Claiming is manual — unclaimed rewards accumulate and are not lost if you skip a month.
6. To exit, use Unstake on the tier card. There's a 30-day lock period from your stake date before unstaking is allowed, to prevent stake-and-immediately-unstake reward gaming.

You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time by adding more BEXC — your old lock is released and a new one is created in a single step, with no separate upgrade fee.

Common questions

Is there a fixed APY? No. Rewards are proportional to your share of the monthly pool, so the amount varies month to month. Use the Simulate tool on /nodes to see a reward projection based on current conditions.

Can I unstake early? No — there's a mandatory 30-day lock from your stake date. Support can review exceptional cases, but early unstaking isn't available by default.

What happens to a vesting period I stake to a node? It shows up on /claim as a "Locked in your node" card. It's not claimable until you unstake the node (and wait out the 30-day lock).

Can I run multiple nodes? Yes, you can open multiple node instances per tier.

Can I transfer a node to another account? No — nodes are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
