BEXC Token & Vesting
BEXC is the exchange's native token, sitting at the center of the ecosystem — used across node staking, launchpad participation, tier scoring, and more. Many holders received (or are still receiving) BEXC through a 23-month vesting schedule that started at the Token Generation Event (TGE).
What BEXC is used for
- Node Staking — lock BEXC in a node tier to earn a share of the monthly reward pool.
- BytePad — your BEXC stake tier can boost your allocation multiplier in launchpad token sales.
- Tier scoring — holding/staking BEXC can factor into your overall account tier.
- Vesting & claiming — BEXC distributed to ICO/presale participants, ecosystem grants, and team allocations unlocks over time via the vesting schedule described below.
- BEXC runs on ByteChain, BEXC's own Layer-1 chain.
Fee-discount style benefits tied to holding BEXC are not always automatically active — they depend on the current program status. Check the /fees page for what's currently in effect; a fixed discount is not guaranteed.
How vesting works
If you're a vesting rights holder (ICO investor, presale participant, ecosystem grant, or team member), your BEXC unlocks on a 23-month schedule:
- A portion (commonly around 5-25%, depending on your agreement) unlocked immediately at TGE.
- The remainder unlocks in equal monthly tranches over the following 22 months.
- Each new tranche becomes claimable on the 1st of the month (00:00 UTC).
Your personal schedule — total amount, TGE amount, and monthly amount — is visible on the /claim page.
Steps
- Go to
/claimand open the Eligible Periods tab to see which vesting periods are currently claimable. - For each period, choose either:
- Claim — confirm with 2FA + fund password to credit the BEXC directly to your wallet, or
- Stake to Node — send that period's BEXC straight into a node tier instead of your wallet (skips the claim step entirely).
- If you claim, the tokens land in your BEXC wallet immediately and the period is marked as claimed.
- If you stake to a node instead, that period is marked "locked in your node" — it shows as a distinct card on
/claim, is no longer claimable, and follows normal node-staking unlock rules (including the standard node lock period before you can unstake).
A period can only be claimed or staked to a node — never both. Once you pick one path for a period, the other is no longer available for it.
Common questions
What if I miss a month — do I lose that period's tokens? No. Unclaimed past periods stay available indefinitely; nothing expires. You can claim an old period any time.
How much BEXC do I get per month? It depends on your individual schedule (monthly_amount = (total − TGE amount) / 22). Your exact figures are shown under "Your Schedule" on /claim.
Can I claim only part of a period? No — each period is claimed (or staked) in full; partial claims aren't supported.
Can I transfer my vesting schedule to someone else? No, vesting schedules are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
I think my vesting numbers don't match what I expected — what do I do? Open a support ticket. Some accounts affected by the earlier platform migration may need a manual reconciliation review.
